省学生申诉专员负责在魁北克省的教育系统中应用投诉和报告处理程序, assisted by the 区域学生申诉专员. Together, they ensure that student and parent rights are upheld. 
 
 
提出投诉

步骤3
如果学生或家长对投诉的处理方式仍然不满意, or if the 15-day deadline has expired, 他们可以联系他们的 区域学生申诉专员, who will help them draft their written complaint.
 
学生或家长可以在以下方式中选择最适合自己的交流方式:
